The agenda for scheduled meetings is typically posted the Friday prior to a Tuesday meeting. The agenda for the most current meeting will be visible by clicking HERE.
Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings of the Saratoga Union School District Board of Trustees are typically held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month (except July) in the District Office Conference Room, 20460 Forrest Hills Drive, Saratoga, CA. 95070.

Viewing the Agenda & Minutes
From this page, you can see the current agenda and descriptions of the items by clicking the MEETINGS link in the upper left corner of this page. The most current meeting agenda will open. Use the arrow keys to navigate to past & upcoming meetings.
Clicking the CALENDAR link will also allow you to select the current meeting or past meetings that are in the system (since April, 2008). You can choose to print the agenda or minutes by using the box that appears in the upper right corner of the page when viewing any agenda.
Clicking on individual agenda items will show any additional information on that item.
Printing the Agenda & Minutes
After navigating to a meeting agenda, the agenda and/or minutes (once they are published) can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the page, and clicking the PRINTABLE VERSION - AGENDA link or PRINTABLE VERSION - MINUTES link.
Any individual agenda item or minutes (once they are signed and published) can be printed by selecting that item, then clicking the PRINTABLE VERSION link in the upper right corner.
