1. Review of District Goals and Objectives for 2010-2011      Time Certain: 07:20 PM      (D)  
  Superintendent Lane Weiss will provide an executive summary report and a draft copy of district goals and objectives for the 2010-2011 school year.  A background summary of the discussion from the administrator advance will be provided to the board.
         
2. Williams Quarterly Report      Time Certain: 07:35 PM      (V)  
  Superintendent Lane Weiss will present the quarterly complaint report as required by the Williams Settlement. No complaints were filed with any school in the district during the reporting period of April 1 through June 30.
         
3. Grand Jury Report      Time Certain: 07:40 AM      (D)  
  The board will discuss responses to two Santa Clara County Grand Jury reports.
         
4. Budget Update      Time Certain: 07:50 PM         (D)  
  Superintendent Lane Weiss will provide the board with an update on federal and state budget items.
         
5. Student Enrollment and Staffing Update      Time Certain: 08:05 PM      (D)  (V)  
  Superintendent Lane Weiss will provide the board with an update on student enrollment and staffing for the 2010-2011 school year. The board will be asked to approve a request for a .40 music teacher position at Redwood Middle School.  Fiscal impact:  approximately $40,000 budget add.

  Assistant Superintendent Dr. Beth Polito will update the board on the board policy adoption and revision process.
